Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, invoice, and tags.
• Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products
• Screen protectors and opened accessories
• Software or downloadable products
• Gift cards
• Products without original packaging or invoice

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

We provide replacements only for:

• Defective products
• Wrong items delivered
• Damaged products received during shipping

Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective item
• Damaged item received
